How to Use This Bundle:

Everyday you will log your emotional eating habits using the food and mood diary. It should only take you 1-2 minutes. The purpose of this is to track your emotional eating patterns in your body and in your mind. 

You also have the option to listen to one or both of the recordings to shift your mindset around yourself in regards to your food and emotions. 

In these 14 days, you will notice at minimum, your eating patterns. But as you listen to the recordings you will become of the believe systems you have in regards to self. You must become aware of the patterns and shift into a growth mindset before you can make real change, or you will feel stuck.

From there comes the deeper work. 

6 minute Digital Track "Pause Before You Eat": 

This recording guides you to pause, reconnect to your body, and bring conscious awareness to the voice you are using with yourself in moments of emotional intensity. 

Let the guidance reconnect you to your body, calm your mind, and anchor you into the power to choose rather than react.

I would regularly listen to this to start to develop a relationship with my body and the version of myself that I fully trust to lead through triggers. You could use it anytime you feel triggered — or daily — to strengthen the habit of leading yourself with awareness instead.

 1 Hour Subliminal Loop Recording

This subliminal is designed to anchor you into becoming the identity of someone who feels emotions without fear, pauses with confidence, and leads herself into solutions instead of reaching for food.


Play it softly in the background while you work, relax, or sleep — allowing the empowering suggestions to rewire your subconscious mind without force.

At minimum, I would listen to this track 3-5 minutes a day feeling into the version of yourself that fully trusts themself move through their emotions and triggers.
